Last 39 lbs to lose. Any suggestions?

I've worked hard and lost 110 lbs since May 2012. I have the last 29 lbs to lose. Do you have any suggestions on how to accomplish this as it is getting harder and slower?

I'm not complaining. I'm very happy with my results. I'd really like to hear from those who were 20 to 30 lbs away from goal and what ultimately helped them get there.

I work out 5 or 6 days a week with cardio, body weight exercises, strength training, 30 minute jogs and I eat a very clean diet without sticking to 1200 cals a day. I cannot eat that little food. I stay around 1500 now as it seems to satisfy me.

I've tried eating more, eating less, carb cycling, very low carb. etc. but they don't work for me. So I just eat normally without indulging in foods I know will keep me from being successful.

i quit logging my foods as it was stressing me out and when I stopped being so rigid, I dropped 5 pounds in 2 weeks after a 3-month long plateau. This is information for those who might want to ask about my food diary.

I really need some suggestions on how to make what I'm doing work even better for me through your stories. Thank you.

Eat more and lift more. Figure out your actual TDEE and slowly work your way up to it. Do it 100 calories at a time - if you put on weight one week you can stay there until the next week. Take some time out, stressing about weight loss (can) make it harder for you to lose it. (For example I did a challenge, was so stressed about losing weight I saw little change, quit because i didnt like it then proceeded to lose 2-3 kilos in the following weeks afterwards). Take time out for yourself if you are too busy, cortisol levels (apparently?) can have an effect on retaining weight. Take more rest days? Don't stress too much, just play around with your food and routine until you find a change!
