Breakfast Ideas

I need some easy, healthy and grab and go breakfast ideas ... any suggestions??

    oatmeal (also some people make overnight oats in many flavors, with or without added protein- recipes are easily found on google-- you would make it the night before, or potentially a mass amount to eat daily.) i use a packet of 2 sometimes (i combine a low suagr packet and a weight control packet, and i add 1/2 scoop of protein powder). quick and easy!

    quest/other protein bar

    if eggs and what not take too long to make, make breakfast muffins or a quiche ahead of time and then just pop it in the microwave to eat quickly (eggs, veggies, and a lean breakfast meat)

    yogurt (greek preferrably) and an english muffin or toast

    i make these things called protein mug cakes (find recipes on here) that take 2 min to make.
