Plateau success?

Looking for stories from people who have been on plateaus and had success losing again. What did you do? How long did it take?

  • I had a plateau over last spring...I did not lose weight for a whole month! So I did the opposite of what we're told and had two big calorie/carb days. I then gained four pounds of water weight...then added ten minutes to my workouts. I dropped four pounds the first week and then I lost two the next. So it CAN work. Change up your routine...your body needs to be tricked! :)
