I'm new to this website and first want to say it is such a great website. Last November I started to loose weight. I was probably around 265 now down to 152. I'm a male in my 20s. I still feel like I look fat. I think it's because I lost the weight quickly. I went to a nutritionist and I'm at the right weight for my height. Also my body fat percentage was at a good number as well. I started to change everything I ate last year. I started eating salads, wraps, fruits and vegetables. I think the problem is I did cardio too much (30-45 minutes everyday) now I joined a gym and going to try to do strength training. Is it possible for me to get toned and muscular instead of looking flabby? Thanks for reading.
