So I researched about weight training, and its saying you lose more fat from weight training. But what exactly are some weight training exersices? is it just picking up weights or what?

Thank you!!!

there are different exercises that you can do with weights to work out specific muscle groups in your arms. I think for legs it's harder to do it at home and easier with gym equipment.

Go to bodybuilding.com. They have beginner workouts and also videos of exercises so you know how to do them with proper form.

Weight training can be resistance training just using resistance bands or tubes (a program such as Pilates or just doing a routine from a magazine using these) or literally lifting weights...bicep curls and the like for your arms as well as exercises for your legs, abs, back. Go to shape.com and self.com and just search whichever muscle you want to target (arms, back, thighs, abs) and try out a routine or some moves they have posted there.

I really love weight training. When I first started I had to use one pound soup cans....now I can curl 20 pounds. I agree there are a lot of exercise you can do with them. I would look on line there are tons of exercise you can do. Form is the most important so you don't get hurt and have an effective workout. I really do like the 30 day shred, its a good way to use weights.
