I don't believe this o.O (BMI for 5'4")

I found a free bmi calculator that says between 108-145 is normal for 5'4. I can see 145 because I've been there...but 108? 0.o
Do you know any 5'4" females that are 108?

Yes. Too thin in my opinion though. And, not 108 exactly, but 112 - still too thin. Again, opinion.0

For me - male, 5'3", BMI has me ideally between 133-143lbs. the least I have ever been was 147 and that was without muscle building (just yoga) and I was just beginning to see a six-pack! So I guess I am ideally the heavy end of my range and could be a heavy frame size - whatever that means.

I have often used the excuse that I am heavy framed to explain away overweight, but to an extent I (we) may be right!0 -
I was 108 prob 3 yrs ago and yes it was a bit on the skinny side. My perfect weight is actually 112 - 115lbs. It really depends on your body's frame as i look heavy once I cross 120.0
