Can anyone recommend any low sodium, high protein greek yogurts?

Chobani and Fage both have ridiculously high sodium!

Eh...I just bought the plain Fage greek yogurt, it has 85mg per 1 cup serving. That's not bad.

I watch sodium very closely, but I've never been concerned about the sodium in Greek yogurt. Keep in mind, too, that yogurt is a good source of potassium (although it's rarely listed). Chances are good that the yogurt you're earing has more potassium than sodium. Potassium helps keep sodium in check.

Milk naturally has sodium. Sodium is essential to our diet.

Just don't add excessive amounts of salt to everything you eat and you should be fine.
