Low GI is basically just food that is filling and keeps you sustained for longer. There are lots of people like that on MFP, especially some of the recipe threads. I for one don't follow a strict low GI diet but I know what is filling, satisfying and healthy (and kinda what is high or low GI. I know potatoes, white bread and white rice are high but don't tend to choose the "wholemeal options" though lol).0

I am in the same boat. I have (on Drs orders after a review of my food diary for a week) drastically reduced rice, pasta and bread.0

I pretty much eat little to no sugar and no grains. So I guess you can say I follow a low GI diet.0

I have just started lowering my refined carb intake. I'm having a tough time coming up with high protein snacks to keep my calories up.0
