Heart healthy

I have a friend who is on a low sodium, low fat, low sugar diet because of heart problems. He is also on a 1800 calorie per day. Any suggestions on heart healthy low cal low sugar meals?

    Fatty fish like salmon is good for the heart. I've also heard that coconut oil is good for the heart as well, but I don't have any research handy at this time.

    Baked salmon in extra virgin olive oil with a touch of coconut oil and garlic with some asparagus is a low calorie dinner.
