Good Morning,
I really hate this "diet" thing! I need a lifestyle change, but it is hard for me because I own and operate a small café Ever heard of BLT's?? Bites, Licks, Tastes.....yeah, that is what I have do to make sure the food I am sending out to my customers is edible! I am the person that people look at and say "why do you need to loose weight?" "You look fine"....Well, I don't feel fine and everybody has different goals, and mine is to loose appx 20 pounds. Any help and or suggestions would be awesome. PS....I don't have much time to exercise, still trying to work out a lot of kinks in my café so I currently work 6 days a week, about 60 hours.....sooooo, for now no exercise but plan on changing that when I hire more employees.

Good morning and welcome! I started on MFP a week ago and I would love to be part of your support system as you work toward your 20 pound weight loss. I'm also the type who people look at and say "you? lose weight? naaahhhh." I just want to take care of my expanding waistline before it gets out of control. I also work 6-7 days a week with lots of driving and sitting down but I am trying to fit in two gym days of an hour each, and two outdoor jogging days. We can do this, we just have to take it one day at a time. One small victory at a time. With me it seems like that first few pounds are taking forever to fall off but I already like the way that I feel now that I am into a regular workout routine and am properly hydrated. Start small and try to stay on track, you will start seeing results.0
