My name is Carol and I'm overweight! I've tipped the scale weighing in at almost 180 lbs. I've never been this fat with the exception of pregnancy. Anyway, I recently joined WW and for the most part the interaction with others who share my same like minded determination to lose unwanted pounds is encouraging.
My sister is a member of this site and told me about it. I find it much easier to plan my meals using this method of calorie counting other than the point system. I plan on continuing with WW until I shed 15 lbs. and then save my $13.00 a week and go on it alone with the support and tools provided on this site.
Already, my first week I had a wt. loss of 4 lbs.
