I am a mom on 2 kids. My most recent addition is 5 wks old tomorrow and I am in serious need of shedding some pounds. I was overweight when I got pregnant and I am really upset with myself! I am walking about 2 miles every day and I am eating better then I was previously but the weight seems to be hanging on.....any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
