body by vi 90 day challenge users

Hey guys. Im 10 days in to my first 90 day challenge.
I've looked all over for a message board without people bashing us, can't find it, thought i'd start it.
ITS OUR CHOICE. NO SHAKES AREN'T FOR LIFE. YES IT IS REDUCED CALORIES AND EXERCISE NOT MAGIC SHAKES.
so leave us alone grumpy people.
if anyone has exercise tips, goals, recipes, success stories, etc. - NO SELLING PLEASE. this is about getting healthy

(im 24, 230lbs
I blew out my knee in rugby, developed a thyroid problem, and have steadily gained 80lbs since.
I work out 3-4 xs a week, cardio and hard weight lifting, and keep calories around 1800)
