I'm looking to purchase some kettlebell's but i am kind of clueless as to which weight(s) to go for. I currently only have small weights with a max weight of 1.5kg each. Any ideas on which weight is best to buy or how i go about working it out for myself? Thanks!

Which exercises do you plan on doing with them?
If all you have are small weights, i would first invest in a pair of adjustable dumbbells, because they are more versatile than kettlebells. Then you can do a proper strength training routine (hard to do with kettlebells). A typical starter set of dumbbells for women would range from about 3 to 12 kg.. although you might outgrow those eventually.0 -
I use 14 kg kettlebells in my HIIT routine..(swings) I've started with 10kg though0

Thank you both.
A friend of mine who uses kettlebells recommended lunges with kettlebells. Maybe i should invest in dumbbells first. Either way, thanks for the advice! If i am to go for kettlebell i think starting around 10kg is for me.0
