I make omelettes every Sunday for my wife. I have probably put everything you can think of in them over the last 25 years.

This past Sunday I made an omelette with steak, avocado, arugala, parmesan cheese, red bell peppers stuffed inside. Then I allowed swiss cheese to melt over the top of it. I served it over a kind of Counrty Gravy made with spicy italian sausage. Next to some home made hash browns.

Want to come make me breakfast in bed?

I love to cook for my friends and family. Breakfast in bed? Get dressed and come into the kitchen.

Usually, it is just a compilation of what I have at the time.
There is always something available :)

    Onions, cheese, mild salsa.

This last one was onion, garlic, celery, freshly chopped kale, bacon bits, kale and of course...eggs!

Edited: Wow...did I say kale twice???? I guess I'm really liking the stuff!

Normally I load em up with veggies but this morning the only thing in the fridge was a piece iof onion and the bottom scrapings of a jar of cheese whiz..... So that's what went in it lol. Surprisingly WaSNT quite as horrible as it sounds with a whole lot of hot sauce added !!!! Lol:bigsmile:
