binge eating

k just gonna vent a little bit. I've honestly been satisfied at maintaining my weight now. I switch my calories count accordingly.. But now it seems like everyday I've been binge eating. Thousands of calories at a time, I'm logging every last one just in hopes I loo back and don't do it again. I've been here before, I've gotten to a size I was somewhat happy with and just lost it. Now my measurements haven't changed at all but I definitely feel fat and disgusting! I want to get back to my healthy lifestyle but it seems like half way through the day I just don't care.. What do I do?
