So many options not sure where to start. Need good meal ideas... What websites or cookbooks do you go to for ideas,???

Calories in/calories out. You have to eat at a deficit to lose weight, how you choose to do that is up to you. There's no magic to low carb, low fat, paleo, Atkins, etc except that you have to eat fewer calories than you burn off in a day. You can lose weight eating nothing by fast food as long as you eat at a deficit.0

If your goal is to lose weight, a calorie deficit is all you need to accomplish that goal. (and that can be done with all types of foods)0

Counting calories-- nothing else really matters.
Eating "clean" makes it a lot easier, imho, since those foods are usually not calorie dense, and you can be full all the time while keeping a modest calorie deficit.0 -
Every diet that is even the least bit successful works on the basis of a calorie deficit at it's core. Whether you choose Paleo, Keto, Atkins, Clean Eating, Moderation, etc, it doesn't matter except in terms of preference of sustainability.0
