How accurate do you think this is as I just did it and for me as a single mum working as Admin clerk having 10 hours sleep it says I burn over 3000 cals bearing In mind I walk to work and back pushing a pram and get exercise during my break. Plus it includes your RMR which worked out at 1500 ish for me
