    I tried it and I like it.
    I just don't like the band, it's annoying lol

    When I got the box, I passed the butt test the first time lol but it's still a fun workout to maintain the bum bum lol

    I have it and found that you can really burn some calories with it and feel the burn the next day. I actually enjoyed the band. The only thing I found some of the moves to be really odd. And I wouldn't let anyone see me doing it because I knew they would get a laugh at my expense.

    I can't say how good it is if you keep up with it because I found it very difficult for me to follow workout videos. I am a more in person workout type.
