Heya my name is lee. Recently I have lost 25kgs with just a few more to go. Exercise right now runs my life but my weight hardly moves.(up and down) I need help! MFP says I have eaten 378 out of 1200 calories and have worked off 696 calories by exercise. I am confused as to why it says I have 1518 left.I am scared that if I eat that much and and just do a little more exercise I will gain weight. I'm new to this whole calorie counting and MFP and would love some help.

Hi,
That 1518 cals its the cals which you can still eat and still under your calorie goal and reach your goal.
Here is the simple equation :
1200+696- 378=1518
1200 Your goal cals.
696 burned by exercise.
-378 You eat.
So you still have 1518 to eat and still within your goal.
But you are taking very little calories , you can not eat less than 1200 cals per day, if you continue like this you will not lose any more weight.0 -
Thank you so much for the help0
