Hi I have posted here before but its time for an update! I wanted to share my progress pics so far! I started my journey August 2nd 2012 weighing in at 297.8 pounds. almost 300! After years of losing weight, gaining it back, ect. I decided I was tired and wanted to change my life around for good. My first goal is to get to 197 pounds-100 lbs and then an additional 20 pounds. But I am taking it one day at a time and trying to make small goals instead of focusing on it all at one time and getting discouraged. I am 25 and 5'7. always welcoming new friends! thank you for letting me share :)

    I can see the beautiful young woman in the earlier pictures too, yearning to get out. Can't help but notice your pretty little birdcage pendant too... maybe it symbolizes how you used to live. Now you are flying free!
