Muscle Strain

I decided to make my way to the free weight area today, and everything seemed to be going well. That is, until I started on my chest area. :( As I was taking the weight down, I felt a painful/pulling sensation in that area. I tested this out with lighter weights and still felt it. Light stretching and regular movement didn't seem to bother it, only when I tried to lift. It feels slightly swollen in that area, but like I said, it's nothing too bad.

How long will this take to heal, and what are some things that I can do home to help the healing process.
