looking to exapnd my friend list

I have noticed logging helps me. It forces me to see what I am missing and what I am doing too much. When you have several friends who are there with you and logging it makes it easier to come in and check on your friends at the same time you are recording your progress. I got lapse in logging every day and it shows. I have to undo the damage from that.

I have some health conditions that sometimes make the work harder for me. Right now, I am recovering from a bulging disk, pulled patellar tendon, and Iliotibial band. But, I’m recovering and starting BeachBody’s Insanity program. Yes, I’m a bit crazy – but my doctor is aware of what I am doing.

I really need to strengthen and learn to use my core to help reduce the stress my back is taking.

But, that’s not my only hindrance. This week my work will be in such a state that I won’t be able to eat all that I need to calorie wise. I have a wife who on top of working fulltime, is going to school for her doctorate and taking riding lessons. A 13yr old son and a 10yr old daughter from a previous marriage (and this creates a lot of drama – very hard to not want to stress eat)

So, if anyone wants to volunteer to send a friend request so we can motivate one another that would be great.
