I'm due for an Inguinal Hernia operation on the 26th and wondered if any lifters have had the surgery?
This comes during my bulk which is a downer. I think I will continue my bulk when I'm recovered as I usually begin my cut in April/May.
I realise I'm not going to be deadlifting 180kgs anytime soon, but wondered if you maybe did some stationary bike work to keep fat levels down perhaps 2 weeks after? Or did some grip work?
I expect to do nothing for 2 weeks post surgery, then maybe gingerly hop on the home stationary bike for a few weeks before attempting light weight isolation exercises.
