Need Help Calculating Recipe Calories

I am trying to figure out how many calories a recipe that I am making later tonight will contain. I am going to make my own homemade lean turkey chilli but realised that I am unsure of how to log the recipe on here. I have two problems:
1. I do not own a food scale and will not own one for a while, so I much rely on what the packages say and/or use cups/tbs/tsp/etc. to measure my food.
2. I do not know how cooking food will effect the calories.
For example, I am going to cook a whole package of Aldi's Fit & Active 93% Lean Turkey. I found the correct information in the database, which is 800 calories for a whole raw container (160 calories per 4oz serving and there are 5 servings in a package). Do I count that as 800 calories? Do the calories change after I cook the meat? How do I know how many calories my recipe will contain? Does this count only for meat or do calories change for vegetables too? And beans? I think I am making things complicated but I would like to know.
Also, I don't know how to divide the chilli into portions. Should I measure it using cups? How can I accurately determine how many calories I am having without a food scale? I am not going to go out and buy one for while and I KNOW that a scale is the only truly accurate way to measure, so please do not offer me advice that tells me this. I am aware of my limitations and would like to find a way to deal with what I have as of this moment. Thank you!
