1st week of myfitnesspal complete

Hello All,

New member, 7 days done. 1st ever attempt at dieting. Until this week i ate quite a lot of desserts, chocolate etc and very rarely took any exercise

I had to add "skipping" to the exercise database!! :-)

    Hello and Welcome. So glad you made it through the first week of your JOURNEY. Do yourself a favor and don't say your dieting. Diets almost always fail. Journies can last for a lifetime! :)

    Anyone recommend a treadmill or do people get fed of them after a while?

    I am doing 5K training using a treadmill. I can only stand to use it for my 3 training days per week. I really love Elliptical the workout is amazing. You can burn so many calories!!
