Strength Training Exercises! I want your workout!

Hi everyone,

I'm currently training for a half marathon, but do strength training twice a week and I'm getting bored of my normal regimen. What is your workout? I don't care if you're a guy or a girl, please let me know what you do at the gym and how many sets and how many times. Looking to continue creating lean muscle while training my muscles for endurance running. I know strength training will be the ticket here and the added benefits of the toning are always a plus. :) Thanks and I love to lift HEAVY so give me your best shot please!
