Is there a more appropriate protein powder?

I've been making morning shakes for breakfast consisting of half a banana, a cup of almond milk, a tablespoon of cocoa powder , and a single scoop of GNC's AMP Extreme 60 protein powder. On the bag it says specifically that this should not be used for weight loss. I'm wondering what other options the community might suggest. I'm looking for the highest dose of protein I can get as I find that keeps me most satisfied earlier in the day, as well as the lower calorie option so I can save them up for a larger meal at dinner. (Yes, I know this may not be the best option, but it works really well for me and helps me keep from snacking all evening, which has been one of my biggest problems.)
The Amplified Wheyboloic Extreme 60 powder I'm using now has 93 cal per scoop and 20g protein. I'm in this for pure weight loss right now, not muscle gain or anything, so I don't need any of the other extra additives the powder has. I'm also not terribly interested in anything with caffeine or energy boosters as I tend to get too jittery with more than my normal morning coffee's worth.
Thanks!

It's fine. They only put that because it's not nutritious enough to replace a meal.0

When it says "should not be used for weight loss", I'd imagine what they mean is "don't just eat this and nothing else". It is a protein supplement, not a meal replacement.
So, I'd say it is fine for what you want. Eating it isn't going to stall your weight loss (as long as you are in an overall deficit).
I use Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey. It's about 24 g per scoop with 120 calories and very little else added. But really, just find one you like. You obviously don't need creatine, branched chain amino acids etc that some of them have, but those things also wont kill you if they are in there.0 -
They all have roughly the same ingredients and similar macros so they will all be about the same, so you're fine sticking with what you've got.0
