help calories in whole wheat flour

today I made 2 wheat flat bread(roti) with 1 cup whole wheat flour. I am confused how many calories i consumed.
I checked online , but I see way too many calories.
Please can someone help how many calories?

    why don't you use the Recipes option here on MFP, you create your own recipe enter the ingredients that you used and set how many servings you made. That would give the calories for each flat bread.

    I use King Arthur whole wheat flour. It has 110 calories per 1/4 cup serving. Gold Medal whole wheat has 100 calories per 1/4 cup.. If the cup flour made two flat breads and you ate them both, I would assume 420 calories, ballpark, since it depends on the flour you used.
