I have over 100 lbs to lose and I lose 10 lbs and gain 15 lbs back...I just something in my body my mind to stop...and just do it now...
low carb low cal weight watchers ...am so confused not even funny...which to follow

  • Girl... I hear ya! I am back today because I fell to the ground and got ran over by the wagon. How bout you follow which diet is easiest for you. Personally I too have tried them all. I know that honestly if I keep my calories in check and my exercise up I will lose. It will be slow but I will lose. There is no magic diet that works. You have to work them all. Everyone makes it seem so easy but its not. It so much easier to eat whatever the hell you want and lay around. That is easy! Unfortunately that will not help you lose 1 pound. Instead it will help you gain many.

  • I, personally, an fed up with the whole"try this" scenario. I made a self choice last week, when I got home from work on Friday. I have told myself repeatedly, for months, tomorrow... Well, tomorrow kept being tomorrow...LOL Friday, I drank my last coke (my biggest downfall), but made myself a promise. That if I got past my caffeine headche with drinking a coke I would not go backward again. I am working on day three without all the sugar in the coke, but I still have the headache. It is beginning to ease somewhat, and I think I may just make it. As far as which diet to follow, I'm going to make my own. I don't see why I can't lose weight as long as I am eating sensible portions, and staying away from the sugared drinks.
