Finally got back on!

I joined a gym (FINALLY :bigsmile: ) and have been working out the standard 3x a week since the end of Sept. I just did my 20th session Friday (woot!) and I want to know how I can enter the entire amount of the workouts on my profile without doing them each separately. I also would like to know if anyone has experienced the phenomena of working out but not losing ANY pounds???? My body does seem to be changing in odd ways like my feet are getting smaller (wtf?) but the traitorous scale hasn't MOVED!!! What gives?:huh:

  • I know that muscle weighs more than fat so give it time and you will see your scale change. They say you should really count the inches lost and not watch the scale, but really, who does that!
