Good Ole Boy new here.

Well i'm new to MFP and so far i've used it religiously to track my food. I'm 6'3" tall and have always been on the heavy side but being that I'm a gen X'er i was forced to go outside and play so being heavy was never a problem because i was always pretty healthy. I've finally decided to shed the pounds that i've had all these years and see if it's possible for someone approaching 40 to have visible abs...lol. My hopes aren't high but we'll see. I'm basically doing the keto thing right now and is working pretty well. I've dropped almost 30 pounds so far and cutting out the carbs hasn't really been that big of an issue.

Anywho, if you want to friend me then feel free i'm a pretty laid back guy and enjoy checking out these forums from time to time. I try not to give too much advice because I can be a bit straight forward and most of my advice would be to quit your *****in and get off the couch. Not very PC I know but like i said I'm a gen Xer and that's how i was raised.
