Struggling with hormones!

Does anyone else really struggle when they're hormonal and that time of the month?
I need some motivation with losing weight but can't seem to muster any and the more I try the more frustrated I'm getting. So please guys give me sme advice or tips.

    I do! I find the best thing to do is give in to cravings to stop them but don't binge. They usually go away once you fulfilled them. I find it hard to exercise most of all but the week after I'm back at it. Maybe give yourself some extra calories as your body does require it for energy.

    These cravings are emotional, and it's all about learning self control. You can give into treats in moderation, or do something to take your mind off of the card mother nature dealt to us woman.
    And your time of the month is only for a few days, once a month. It should not be impinging on your overall success.
