Serious Lifting Question

I am unsure how I should track/log my weight on the Bent Over Two-Arm Long Bar Row. I used a 45 plate so I just logged that but it seems I should log slightly more since I am lifting part of the Oly bar weight too. Would it really be half the Oly bar weight I am lifting along with the 45 plate? Or does it really even matter?

I really don't think it matters. As long as what your adding is increasing over time than you're good.

The Olympic bar weighs 20kg, so you can add that to the weight of the plate.

That's just the problem, I'm not lifting the entire bar. I am only lifting one end of it. The other end stays on the ground.

^^^ Agree, you should add it. It all counts.

You're doing like T-Bar rows then when you have one corner of the bar in the corner of something and you're just grabbing the bar and pulling it into you? If it is what I think it is then I see what you're asking and I would say you should just count the plates. Reason being is that you're only lifting one end of the bar and the other end is being supported by the corner. In the end it really doesn't matter as long as you're consistently using the same method for tracking the weight you lift and how you progress. If you ever got into a competition for T-Bar rows then it would matter. LOL! ;)

Do normal BB rows and then there won't be any confusion ;)

It matters much. How else can I brag about how strong I am?
