Please help me with binging.

Lately Ive noticed that I binge like crazy. It usually happens only once or twice a week. But anyways today wad going so incredibly well but then I ate a snack which lead to a lot cravings and I ate a ridiculous amount of stuff all in like 10 minutes. I feel do disgusted. I promised my self that this month I was gonna be better and make healthier decisions to lose fat . I've been so well but the binges happen too often!!! Please comment some tips and advice. I'm not giving up but I dont want to keep binging.

  • I am a binge eater also. Seems I go through phases where I do this more often. I have been known to eat until sick. I feel like crap for two days and gain weight. One thing that works for me is to weigh myself every day - very controversial as you have to be able to handle a 1-3 lb weight gain even if you are eating right and exercising. I log onto MFP and log food and exercise and read these posts. I cannot start to eat something so I just say no. I have been known to spit food out into sink and grind all in disposal. I have to take a bath or get in car and ride around until the urge passes.
