Just getting back into an exercise groove...

My weight was and is high enough to cause back pain when walking. I went to a college football game about three weeks ago and thought I would of died on the walk back to the shuttle bus, and it couldn't of been more than a half mile!

Anyways, I've been at it (losing weight) now for three weeks and I'm already noticing that walking is getting a little easier. I hit the Y this weekend and put time in on a couple of my favorite elliptical(s). It was heavenly. That feeling you get when the endorphin's release in your brain is almost as good as you know what ;-)

I'm working out of town for the next few weeks and the hotel has an exercise room. I made use of the stair stepper last night and it felt great too. Not to mention the calories burned.
