Hey, I know how you feel. When I started I was 232 lbs. My goal right now is 150 lbs (I'm 5'3") but I really just want to feel better about myself and to keep losing. I just started about 10 days ago and have lost 10 lbs! All I'm doing is keeping track of everything I eat. My daily calories are normally around 1430. Good luck to you0

Hello! I'm 27 and looking to lose around 30-odd lbs. I downloaded the MFP app and haven't really given it much attention but I'm ready to get stuck in now. I'm going to take some 'before' pics this evening (gah!) and weigh myself in the morning so I can figure out my exact goal. I'm also going to work through the 30DS to start with.
