Looking to drop 30 while maintaing strength!

I'm 160lbs looking to weigh 130lbs. I have had a lifting routine in place for about two months and have had great progress in the strength department. However, I'd seriously like to lose some weight! I'll be trying to maintaining the bit of strength I've built while getting rid of this flab.

I'll be posting a lot and commenting a lot - add me if you'd like an active buddy, and especially if you love the gym (or need motivation to get to the gym).
