Okay quick question, I am trying to eat better but have read that you need to limit the amount of fruit you eat due to the amount of sugars in fruit. I have read a lot of conflict information about this and want to see what works for others. I really don't like vegetables so looking to increase my fruit in take to get some good healthy food in my with low calories.
Thanks for any help with this one.

I eat fruit every day! It is high in Fiber and full of antioxidants. I have cut regular sugar quite a bit so fruit is the one thing that kicks my sugar cravings. I would not stress about natural sugar. Keep a deficit and watch refined sugar.0
