I lost 207 in 15 months, and put on about 35 as I struggled to find the maintenance number while working out. Working on taking off the 35 I added and then some more.0

A little over a year.0

I was aiming for 100 pounds in a year. I lost 97 pounds. The rest has been over the last 11 months, but I haven't been actively trying to lose for at least 6 months of that time.0

I've lost 144 pounds so far in 15 months. I've been very inspired by many of the stories I've seen here. I have also posted my own stories and pictures, here are some links:
This is my first year and strategies I used to lose my first 126 pounds:

This is when I finally became "overweight" instead of "obese":

And this is after I had lost half my highest weight:

Wishing you success, you can do it! :flowerforyou:0 -
I lost 100 pounds in one year and the other 43 in about 9 more months.0

I've lost 104lbs in 20 months. Came off faster at the start but I see this as a longterm lifestyle change rather than a race to the finish and don't worry too much now about having maintenance days for nights out/holidays. I'm hoping losing slower will also be healthier for me now as it'll ensure I'm getting more essential nutrients. Keeping up regular exercise for 20 months has been a massive achievement!0

I have lost 97 pounds in 22 months, hopefully hit 100 pounds before my 2 year mark.
How I did it:
1. Weight lifting~(I started this about 10 months ago and so glad I did) 5 days a week.
2. Walking~5-6 days week, 5 miles each day.
3. Having a rest day.
4. Eating between 1600-2000 calories (doing the TDEE method)0 -

I lost my first 100 pounds 2 years ago. I went from 347 to 247, but now have put on 13 pounds from there, and I want to push my body further and get to my goal weight of 200 pounds. I lost the weight by a restricted diet and running every day. I lost a lot of muscle mass and it wasn't the most balanced of diets. It took me awhile to find a diet that could give me both a healthy and constant weight loss and muscle and endurance growth.0

I'd say it took me about a year to lose the first 100, a another year to lose the next 50. It always goes fastest at the beginning.0

I lost 100 lbs in 7 months and then 60 lbs in the following year0
