Hi there! I would also like to direct you to a site outside of this one that is more geared towards lifting. I just started lifting a few months ago myself and I love it. I honestly only use this site to track my food because I've found that most of the post/threads are just geared towards cardio/nutrition and people seemed to be a little more concerned about bulking up due to lifting (which is pretty friggin difficult/almost impossible for women without "help"). www.bodybuilding.com is a great site that has tons of programs for women (and men of course) who are interested in not just bodybuidling but lifting/training, etc. I am currently doing Jamie Easons Livefit program which you can also find on the site. There is a group on here as well but the posts are minimal in comparison. Happy lifting. If you do decide to join the other site, find me on there and friend me. My username is the same. Either way, good luck!

There are some suggestions in here. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/844532-new-to-lifting

You don't have to do workouts specifically for females.

Not bulky and deadlifts 325 lbs...
