So, I returned to work today after two weeks. I haven't really told anyone about my efforts or my dieting... I find that people will compliment you frivilously if they know you are trying really hard. So, I kept it to myself and when I walked in today, everyone immediately stopped when they saw me and said, "Oh my gosh! You look GREAT!!! What have you been doing?" The truth is that I started this way before I took time off work... but it sure did put some pep in my step to know that it was noticed by everyone, with no prompting on my part. I sure do look forward to more days like this.

Couldn't have done it without all you guys! And I really haven't done much yet... but I'm getting there. And I'm finding more and more comfort in my routines and my food with every day that passes. This... is very good.

I understand completely. I have lost 5 pounds and have about the same as you do to lose but ever pound in a reason to be happy. I'm a week in and still going strong. Keep Feeling Great.

Congratulations! I just started back today (after a two month summer) and no one said anything..... I've just got to keep on keepin' on, and not let that disturb me too much.

Don't let that bother you... some people just aren't observant. And, for what it's worth, I am a cocktail waitress that has to wear a pretty tight and low-cut uniform. I have been known for some time as being the "big girl" there... so it's probably much easier for them to notice me in my "sausage suit". lol...
