Hi I'm new here.

In 2010 I was 299lb. I decided that was enough and took my life into my control for the first time in my life. In March 2011 I started running and just love it. I reached 169lb at my lowest, this time last year.

To celebrate my 50th birthday this year I decided to run a Marathon to celebrate the new me. But during the training I started craving the wrong type of carbs, so the weight started creeping on I ran the Barcelona Marathon in March which was an absolutely awesome feeling. But me eating habits didn't improve and the weight piled on at a rate of noughts.

Yesterday I weighed 211lb. I'm feeling very motivated to get this gained weight off. I am a bit out of action at the moment as three weeks ago I fell while I was running and fractured my ankle. So really need to watch the calorie intake. I have a place in the London Marathon for April 2014 and I want to be the best I can be by then.
