New to the site

I would like to introduce myself in hopes of making some friends on the site. I am an at home mom of 2 boys and I'm always on the run. . I've tried diet and exercise in the past, and have been successful with it but have always gained the weight back and then some. This time as I'm approaching a "milestone" birthday I want to get into shape not just to look better, but to feel better and to get healthy. I would love any tips or suggestions any one has for me on how to keep motivated and on track. Some low fat/carb recipies would be great too.

    this is a great site full of motivation and encouragement. track your food and exercise everyday. dont give up just stick with it. You can and will do it. feel free to add me as a friend , we can do this together
