If you’ve been doing these for a while, add weights and cut the number of reps in half. If you are already using weights, try to kick it up a notch! Don't have weights? Pick up something a little heavy (a couple bottles of water, a couple of books, etc) books, Be sure to brag when you’re done! Great for round shoulders. Break them up. Use weights, use no weights, make big circles, or make small circles. It doesn’t matter. Just get moving. Tell us what you did!
