I am 26, a wife and mother of two, and my weight loss goal is 40 pounds. I am 5'6" and 170lbs. I have been a healthy weight most of my life, but after having my second child 3 years ago I haven't been able to shed the baby weight.

Hi! I've been on MFP for about 3 weeks, and I've lost four pounds so far. I am very encouraged by this, I also have two small children, so nothing else has worked for me in the past! It's too easy to finish off their plates, and not easy enough to get to the gym. I encourage you to give this a try, because if you stick to it, you will be successful!0

Hi, thanks for adding me! I know what you mean about eating off the kid's plates for sure! I live in a very rural area so a gym is not close by, but I have started doing exercises at home - "dance party" with the kids and I am thinking of getting a kettle bell.0
