Excellent article, backing something that I have been feeling for a while. In fact just yesterday I finally got back in the gym after about 5 weeks of resting up, and just working with the bar I came to the conclusion that I need to NOT arch by back quite so much, and focus more on chest alignment. Feels more natural keeping a straight back and not just hap-hazardly sticking my *kitten* out for it's own sake.
