Hello everyone. I'm not new to My Fitness Pal but I'm new to the forums. I was down in the 120's last winter and in great shape while using the calorie counter daily. I got pregnant last winter, and just had my baby girl 6 weeks and 1 day ago. The doctor gave me the "all clear" to start working out again just yesterday morning, and I was ecstatic. I was up to 180 lbs with my daughter. In the last 6 weeks I have made it down to 153, but plateaued there without being able to work out. Today begins a new chapter. My little one is healthy and I'm ready to start over! I used to be a personal fitness trainer before I became a teacher. I worked in a gym for 3+ years, so I know how to work out and what to eat... this is just going to be the most I've ever had to lose, and probably the hardest I've had to work at it. So I am looking for friends to talk with on here so that we can encourage one another. Feel free to add me or send a message. I need some accountability buddies, and so do you!
