ED

I've been on myfitnesspal for about a year. I started using it at the same time I began doing unhealthy things to lose weight. Being able to quickly and easily count every single calorie with this app and having an ED was a bad combination. I would venture to say that I have "physicaly" beaten ED but it is still an emotional and mental struggle to keep ED out of my daily life. Myfitnesspal has gone from a tool enabling me to deprive my body of what it needs, to a tool I use to keep myself in check that I am eating enough and eating the right things to help my body recover from treating it so horribly. Always looking for support- espcially from those who have or still struggle with ED.
