Just Ate Breakfast...

...and I already want chocolate and candy. It's that TOM, so I'm guessing it has to do with that, but right now I would kill a man for some chocolate. Do you guys ever reschedule your diaries because of ridiculous cravings? I think I might do that today so I can eat some chocolate.

    Go eat chocolate.....

    a small haloween size chocolate bar is like 60 to 80 calories. Totally workable. Just go for a walk on your lunch and you already burned it off.

    I always want something sweet in the morning. So every day I pack myself one serving of dry chocolate or vanilla chex cereal. It's sweet and keeps me snacking for a while.

    This is "normal" to a lot of people.

    Or like Viglet said - eat a small piece of candy. but enjoy it :)

    If you are craving something it's okay to indulge a little. Try chocolate milk or chocolate covered raisins/almonds...I like to pretend they are healthy candy...lol...
  • I woke up crabby today, partly because of the snow (i'm not ready for the cold), partly because my winter jacket was a little snug and partly because it will soon be TOM. All I want to do is eat comfort food and carbs and chocolate. I completely know where you are coming from. I just realized I didn't have any water today but water is NOT going to curb my need for FAT AND CARBS AND SALT! Good luck! You can do it!!! Let me know what you decided to do!

    That's another frustrating thing - I'm all out of water too. -_- And the snow hit so I can't go walk. I have no energy at all either. I just wanna eat and sleep. Hibernation time. lol

    Gonna cut back on the snacks and dinner, then indulge in some buckeyes while I'm downstairs cleaning. And maybe m&m's. I need chocolate and peanut butter right now :P

    I logged my cleaning under housework today because I was on my hands and knees for almost an hour scrubbing the floors and vacuuming with a cleaner that doesn't like to move. If I'm standing around doing laundry or dishes I don't bother logging it as exercise, but I couldn't breathe and my heart was pounding so I'm pretty sure it counts. :D

    And the snow just started today. It's not heavy yet.

    Oh yeah, I do it all the time. Look at my diary for yesterday. I was supposed to eat under 2250 calories but I had 3500+... It just meant today I wasn't as hungry because I was so full at the end of the day yesterday.

    If you are craving chocolate, then it's fine to eat it. What you don't want is to wake up at midnight and go to the cupboard and eat more than you should.
  • Google Vegan chocolate pudding.

    2 avacados
    raw cocoa
    organic agave nectar
    water

    Blend that stuff and it tastes just like chocolate pudding with good fat! My kids ate it and didn't even know!

    Shovel a path to a pristine patch of snow. Retrieve a clean pot. Fill pot with snow. Bring it inside and wait for it to melt, or heat slightly on stove. Instant drinking water recovered with maximum calorie burn.

    Get some Lindt or Ghirardelli pieces. Something intensely chocolatey, that will satisfy with one small piece.
    Split a mug cake or brownie with someone.
    Go run 5 miles. Eat it back in the form of a DQ Blizzard.

    Alternatively, yeah, sometimes you've just gotta eat a little more one day. Slowing down your progress by a hundred calories once or twice is totally worth the sanity of mind at that TOM.

    Eat healthy chocolate. Yeah it exists. Usually dark chocolate. Green and Blacks damn.
